Are your products vegan?

All our products are sustainably made and cruelty free, our products are sourced both locally and internationally from small vendors. Our Cocoa and Shea products are sourced directly from Ghana.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, on all orders over $55 CAD are eligible for free domestic shipping within Canada.

*Please note this excludes Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.

Can I do Curbside Pick Up?

Curbside pickup is available at the following Toronto locations:

Makers Market Store: 3124 Dundas St West(11 am-6 pm Monday to Sunday)

Arts Market: 790 Queen St East (11am-6pm Monday to Sundays)

Product Information

Can I use the Rosewater Room Fragrance on my face?

No, this product is only meant for use as a home fragrance and is not suitable for skin. If it comes in contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

How many times a week should I use Sugar scrub?

For sensitive skin, we recommend 1-2 times a week.

For normal and oily skin, users can up usage to a max of 3 times a week. Please note: Frequent use may irritate some skin types. Do not use on open wounds, sunburnt or acne prone.

Is Loofah good for your skin?

Loofahs are a great physical exfoliant. Use gently to polish skin for a smooth, youthful glow.

How do I clean my loofah sponge

Rinse and wring out all the water after each use, and place in a cool dry area to dry.

How long can I keep a loofah?

The shelf life of our loofah’s are 1 month. Our Loofa are organic vegetable matter, so good maintenance is vital to avoiding mold or bacteria growth. Always allow your loofah to dry fully before next use.

Can I polish my skin after shaving?

No, avoid exfoliation after shaving as this may cause skin irritation.

Can someone Rosacea or with lupus Malar rash exfoliate?

No, it is not recommended.

I have very dry skin, which body butter do you recommend?

Shea butter, Cocoa butter or Coconut butter are all excellent natural moisturizers. We advise a patch test before regular use, if you have sensitive skin.

Which body butter should I use for acne prone or skin with acne scars?

Jojoba Butter is our go to! It’s known to help stimulate the healing of acne scars and can help to calm inflamed skin (e.g. Psoriasis and eczema) It also may help soothe sunburns.

What are the benefits of Vitamin E in all the body butters?

Vitamin E is helps moisturize skin and minimizes fine lines and hyperpigmentation. It also pairs well with other ingredients such as coconut oil and Shea butter and others.

Where do you source your raw products from?

Our body butters are from around the world, we source our organic butters from an Ontario based Supplier. All our Shea and Cocoa butters are organic and imported from Ghana.

Shipping And Curbside Pick Up

Are there currently processing or shipping delays?

Canada Post suspended on-time delivery guarantees on March 18, 2020, due to the unique circumstances we are operating in this year. The suspensions remain in effect.

RegularMail is delivered within 2 business days within a city, in 3 business days within a province, and in 4 business days nationally (excluding the day of mailing).

Canada (Expedited): 4 days Regional and 11 days national

Expedited  Mail: Regional delivery are up to 4 days and National delivery are up to 11 days

United States (US): Air delivery is 5 - 8 business days for delivery.Other forms of delivery take  4 - 12 weeks approximately 

United Kingdom (UK): Air delivery is 6 - 10 daysSurface delivery is 4 - 12 Weeks

Do You Ship Internationally (US etc.)?

Yes, we offer shipping through Canada Post to the US, but please note international orders have different shipping times, and may incur additional cost.  We’re in the process of confirming our international shipping partners however we do take bulk orders for retail locations and suppliers.

What is your return policy?

Products can be returned to our stores  and will be replaced.

What should I do if I want to change my order?

All orders are shipping next day after order is placed You can email us at and if orderhas not beenshipped, we can cancel order and refund and you can replace a new order.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

Canadian orders will receive an email with tracking information. 

International Air shipping will also receive tracking information in an email.

All Missing Packages with tracking information will be replaced. However surface shipping without tracking details will not receive same.


Is your packaging sustainable? 

We use aluminum packaging, which we reuse through our recycling program! Drop of 3 or more aluminum containers at any of our Toronto retail locations for a discount. The only plastics in our production and packaging process are our labels and bottle caps, however we are continually looking to improve the sustainability of our packaging.

How does Honam Naturals Recycle Return program work?

Empty containers are accepted at Makers Market at 3124 Dundas Street West.

Pick a reward card when you purchase,  When return the containers you get it initiated, after 5 Returns  you get one mini body butter of your choice.

Other ways to repurpose your Containers

You can use it to organize your garage or workshop putting in nuts, bolts and sewing accessories etc.Use the empty clean out sugar scrubs containers to store spices, or bath salts.Make a homemade candle! Just melt some wax, add essentials oils, a wick. Allow to harden and voila!

All defective products can be returned and exchanged at one of our stockist.
